What we remember changes over time. Trauma sometimes takes time to re-surface. Some memories simply fade over time, some of them disappear completely, while some of them can’t be shaken, even if we wanted to. However, some of our memories get rewritten as soon as we have new information;
Here, we want to look at a collection of memories and the way their narratives have changed over the years.
This work explores the limits of what we can remember and the fragility of memory through autobiographical and pop-cultural material.
